Ink responds to Kamo team split

This News article is over 30 days old. As a result, information supplied in it may be out of date.

In an update to the recent news involving Kamo, Ink has released a statement with their thoughts on recent events and future plans. In a post on the Kamo Patreon, Ink outlines their opinion on TTrick leaving the team and the status of games currently being developed under the Kamo name.

Of interest in the post is how Ink had no knowledge beforehand of TTrick’s decision to leave the team. Neither parties have—at current—given any reason for the splintering of Kamo.

Most of you have probably heard about TTrick’s decision to leave Kamo. I’m honestly at a loss for words. I found out about his decision out of the blue, just like you.

Further along in the post, Ink gives an update on the status of the games that were in development before the split; Long Story Short will continue to be developed by TTrick but progress on Duo will halt.

Ink has released further information as well as an announcement for a new project in part 2 of the post on their Discord. They have also slated a part 3 to be posted soon.
