Lets first look at the results of the last poll; ‘What is Your Main Choice of Platform When Playing Adult Games?’
As you can see ‘Windows’ is a clear winner with 201 votes where as all the other platforms have less than 40 votes! Android being 2nd with 39 votes followed by Linux with 23 votes and Mac closely follows with 21 votes.

Personally I prefer the Ren’py as it is purpose built for Visual Novel games and that is the style of adult games I enjoy playing.
